About Melissa

Hello! My name is Melissa Nale, and I am a registered dietitian passionate about helping people feel confident and supported in their nutrition choices. I became a registered dietitian in 2021, but my interest in food and nutrition started much earlier. Over time, that curiosity grew into a genuine passion for helping others navigate nutrition in a way that feels realistic, personalized, and sustainable.

Know Me

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in Psychological Sciences from Penn State University. I later completed my Master of Health Science degree at Cedar Crest College. My educational background allows me to blend evidence-based nutrition guidance with an understanding of behavior, mindset, and long-term habit change.

My approach to nutrition is individualized, practical, and compassionate. I focus on helping clients build sustainable habits rather than following restrictive or short-term plans. Together, we’ll work on realistic strategies that support your goals while honoring your lifestyle, preferences, and personal circumstances.

I believe nutrition should feel supportive—not overwhelming—and I strive to make the process clear, approachable, and empowering.
